Possible limitations / issues to check
  • Peak performance depends very much on the combination of glazing + thickness + hardware + fitting - If any of these elements is not chosen appropriately, the actual efficiency may be below the theoretical one.
  • Making very large elements or large windows/sliding doors may require strict rigidity and reinforcement checks.
  • Higher costs compared to deep profiles and smaller rooms, but the justification may come in energy savings and long-term comfort.
