Cassonetti PVC are external boxes made of PVC, designed to house rollers or external window protection systems, integrating aesthetically and functionally into the building. They are mounted above the window opening and allow the protection of roller mechanisms, thermal and sound insulation, without affecting the façade design.

Composition of the structure

Our PVC cassonetti system is based on a multi-chamber profile (usually 3 chambers), providing strength and effective thermal insulation. The front panel is thermally insulating, with a typical thickness of 24 mm, providing effective protection and optimal overlap. The inner layer can be provided with insulating fillers on request.

Sealing system, insulation, compatibilities

Cassonetti are fitted with multiple gaskets to seal out air and water infiltration. The joints are held in a precise plane, avoiding thermal bridges. The insulation system can include additional elements (polyurethane foam, thermal insulation boards) on the inside. Compatibility is designed in such a way that the cassettes can be mounted on window structures and frames of different types (PVC, aluminum, wood), with adapters of various thicknesses.
