Candidate profile
- High school or higher education (technical field advantage)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position in production (ideally PVC joinery)
- Sound knowledge of workflows: cutting, welding, reinforcing, hardware
- Ability to coordinate and organize a team
- Attention to detail and quality orientation
- Good communication and team working skills
- Responsible attitude and willingness to develop
Responsibilities
- oordinates the work of the workshop team and ensures daily objectives are met
- Monitors and follows the production plan
- Ensures that the products produced meet quality standards
- Collaborate with the technical, logistics and maintenance departments for the smooth running of production
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and increased efficiency
