Responsibilities
- Maintains production equipment according to plans and technical documentation
- Identifies and determines the causes of technical faults in machinery with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and process diagrams
- Use measuring and control instruments
- Work with production staff to ensure the smooth running of equipment
- Contribute suggestions and initiatives to optimizing working procedures and increased efficiency
- Participates in the installation and commissioning of access systems and automation installations
- Collaborate with suppliers' technical teams to resolve requests
- Identifies faults and proposes lists of necessary spare parts and consumables
- Draws up maintenance reports and action sheets
- Monitors and maintains the stock of spare parts
